Privacy Policy

Tina is a transaction-coordination product operated by Formaince Inc (“Formaince,” “Tina,” “we,” “us”). “Tina” is a product and brand name (DBA) of Formaince Inc, the entity responsible for the Tina service and for handling the data described below. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Tina website (tina.realty) and the Tina application (app.tina.realty).
Who uses Tina
Tina is a business tool for real-estate brokerages and their licensed agents and transaction-coordination staff. Accounts are provisioned for known agents at partner brokerages; Tina is not directed to the general public or to children.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, work email, and, if you choose to provide it, your mobile phone number.
- Transaction and document data — the purchase-agreement packets, document fields, answers, milestones, and related real-estate transaction information you create or process in Tina.
- Usage and device data — log data, IP address, browser/device type, and similar technical information generated when you use the service.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, and secure the Tina service.
- To help you create, review, and complete real-estate purchase agreements.
- To send you transactional communications about your account and your active transactions, including by email and — if you have opted in — by SMS/text message (see below).
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and brokerage-compliance obligations.
SMS / text messaging program
If you opt in, Tina (a product of Formaince Inc) sends you transactional text messages about your real-estate purchase agreements — such as secure document links, status updates, and confirmation prompts you can reply to. You opt in inside the authenticated Tina application by entering your mobile number and checking a consent box that is not pre-checked; consent is never collected before you log in.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share your mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for any purpose other than delivering the messages you requested, as described below.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the service and as required by law:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf under contract — for example, our SMS provider (Twilio) to deliver text messages, our email provider to deliver email, and our cloud hosting provider. These providers may use the information only to perform services for us.
- Your brokerage, to the extent transaction and compliance records are shared with the brokerage that provisioned your account.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service.
We do not sell personal information, and mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal, compliance, and record-keeping obligations. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
- You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
- You can update your account information, including removing your phone number, inside the Tina application.
- You may contact us to request access to or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and compliance retention requirements.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above.
