Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tina service, a transaction-coordination product operated by Formaince Inc (“Formaince,” “Tina,” “we,” “us”). “Tina” is a product and brand name (DBA) of Formaince Inc. By accessing or using Tina, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Tina helps real-estate brokerages and their agents create, review, and complete real-estate purchase agreements and related transaction workflows, including document handling, signing, and coordination.
Eligibility and accounts
Tina is a business tool intended for licensed real-estate professionals and transaction-coordination staff at partner brokerages. Accounts are provisioned for known users; you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to use Tina in compliance with applicable laws and your brokerage’s policies.
SMS / text messaging terms
If you opt in, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Tina (a product of Formaince Inc) about your real-estate purchase agreements, such as document links, status updates, and confirmations.
- You opt in inside the authenticated Tina application by providing your mobile number and affirmatively consenting; consent is not a condition of using Tina, and the consent box is not pre-checked.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time; reply HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Our handling of information collected through the SMS program is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, or using it to violate any law or third-party right. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the transaction data you submit.
Intellectual property
Tina, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Formaince Inc and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms. You retain your rights in the transaction data you submit.
Disclaimers
Tina is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Tina is a workflow and coordination tool and does not provide legal, financial, or brokerage compliance advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Formaince Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above. Your continued use of Tina after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
